Teenager desperately seeking work took his own life after being 'belittled' by Jobcentre staff

A football fan who frantically needed an occupation took his own particular life subsequent to being "deprecated" by Job Center staff, his examination listened.

David Brown, 18, looking for a welder's apprenticeship, was under 'tremendous weight' from the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), the coroner was told.

The Middlesbrough supporter, from Eston, North Yorkshire, was purportedly told he would have his advantages ceased unless he accomplished more to discover business, reports Gazette Live.

In a matter of seconds before he killed himself, David told his mom: "The way the Jobcentre treat individuals, it is nothing unexpected individuals confer suicide ."

His torment became known the day preceding his body was found at his home, Teesside Acting Senior Coroner Clare Bailey was told.

David's sister Grace said her sibling "was having a giggle" at a family Sunday supper however she could tell there was something at the forefront of his thoughts.

The court heard David had "effectively" been searching for work.

David's body was found by his sibling Adam in the wake of looking through the letter confine taking after endeavors to get to his home.

The coroner decided that David took his own particular life on October 3 this year.

After his demise, Boro fans held a moving moment's acclaim for David at the Premier League club's Riverside Stadium.

David had been a season ticket holder since he was 11 and was making the most of his first year taking after the group in English football's top flight.

His sibling Adam, talking before the investigation, said David "was enthusiastic about each amusement".

Adam praised the club's advancement to the Premier League.

He included: "I recall on the most recent day of the season we were running round the Riverside, it was only a mint feeling being there celebrating with him."

David had at first needed to join the British Army yet was urgently searching for an apprenticeship subsequent to finishing a welding course.

Adam said: "He totally adored it and he was decent at it."
